To say that this evening is going to be insane is a gross understatement…  Tonight is gonna be a foam covered, fever inducing, face-plant into the hedonistic world of Silver Medallion.  The night kicks off @ Tucson Electric Park for N9NE FEST where we are headlining the main stage in support of Girl Talk and Far East Movement.  From there, we travel to the Hotel Congress for the biggest weekly dance party in Tucson, Optimist Club.  You’ll get the full Silver Medallion DJ Experience @ Congress as Oren, Carnegie, and myself run the decks from 11:30pm – 1:00am and whip the crowd into a pulpy fury.  If you’re in southern AZ, these are the two places to be tonight so check the video below for a preview of things to come and don’t say i didn’t warn you…

If you’re a New York based party person and want to hit the best Thursday night in Brooklyn, come down to Wite Rabbit Bar for STACKED with myself and residents (Pretty) Girls + Lasers, Slouch, & Chris Alker.  I’m not sure what cover is (or if there even is one) but they got 2 -4-1 beers all night and if you’re nice to me, i’ll give you some drink tickets… *smiley face*

This Saturday, July 10th, BURNING BRIDGES kicks off their inaugural celebration with NEIL ARMSTRONG (Jay-Z’s Official DJ) at Philthy Phil’s in Phoenix – Presented by: Dearly Departed, 5th Column, GKY, Meanmugg, Fresh Fiends, Kris The Fist & Miss Robs.

Thought this was gonna have a sample from the Armand Van Helden track by a similar name, but was not disappointed when it didn’t. Saw this gem over on the Baltimore Club Blog and now i can’t get it out of my head! Supposedly this is off the upcoming Rye Rye album, “Go Pop Bang” but we’ll see if that actually manifests.

The schedule has been pretty crazy recently… besides making 3 mixtapes in 3 weeks, planning a Cinco De Mayo party, and playing some of the best gigs of my life, i haven’t had any time to make any music!  This track is just an edit but its still refreshing to make some music for the people.

This one is a dusty, post punk classic and despite being over 20 years old, still sounds like it could move the dance floor today. Also, check the awesome video from drag queen legend “Divine” that inspired The Vaselines dance rock cover.
